It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mike Denecke, our founder and president. He suffered a fatal heart attack on Sunday, March 12, 2000. A kinder man has never lived and he will be missed by all.

Mike was a man of great spirit and vision. He founded Denecke, Inc. in 1975. His hard work and dedication built the company into what it is today, the industry standard in time code equipment, and it was his dream that Denecke, Inc. always remains as such. So it is now our great honor to continue the tradition of supplying the sound professional with top quality products at affordable prices. In memory of Mike, time will go on.
